Privacy Policy

We are committed to protecting the information we collect from you, which we use to enhance your experience of using this web site. Here we outline the security measures taken to protect your details once you have given them to us. You can then make informed choices about the personal information you provide on this site.

1. The data we collect from you

We collect information from you whenever you:

We may also give you the option of allowing us to use your contact information to let you know about new services and update you on our activities. All correspondence from us comes with an easy to use unsubscribe instruction and you can be removed from our lists at any time, although this can take up to 30 days to effect.

2. Security and encryption
Certain client project team members have a password protected user account providing access to our Client Centre. The details held in your account are stored on a secure server and are not shared with any third parties. Passwords are encrypted.

Members of a client project team may share contact details in order to improve communication between project team members. These details are published in a dedicated Client Centre project space. Each project space has restricted access determined by the username used to access the Client Centre and only accessible by individuals associated with that project.

3. Cookies
A 'cookie' is a file in your web browser that enables us to recognise your computer when you visit the site. The tool is used by many Web sites to help collect information, such as how many people visit and return to the site, what services are being used, and to make certain parts of the site function properly.

We use 'cookies' to allow certain form fields to be pre-filled once you have registered as a member of our Client Centre. This enables client members to use site features more quickly.

If you have "disabled" the cookies file in your browser, you may experience technical problems with some parts of the site.

4. Web site statistics and traffic data
We keep a record of traffic data which is logged automatically by our ISP's servers, and which we analyse. This includes your IP address, the URL you visited before ours, the URL you visit after leaving our site and which pages you visit on our site. We do not store or analyse this traffic data in a way that identifies you as an individual.
